Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at our Rio Rancho, NM facility to ensure accurate inbound and outbound material flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inspections, labeling, inventory support, and carrier coordination while maintaining safety with hazardous materials handling and forklift operations. This role requires meticulous data entry, overtime flexibility, and onsite work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license.
• 5+ years of forklift or material-handling equipment experience with a valid certification.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and manage data in digital systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Rio Rancho, NM.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting packages up to 25–75 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Shipping and Receiving Specialist

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials in and out of our facility. Basic Qualifications
