Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Position Summary

Supports shop operations through component picking, stockroom activities, inventory transactions, and shipping-related processes. Maintains material traceability and inventory accuracy. Processes material movements and quality notifications within SAP. Works with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) and stockroom inventory. Supports shipping activities, including some hazardous material and military shipments. Adheres to EH&S regulations, policies, and required training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience working with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs).
• Previous aerospace, defense, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, or carrier systems.
• Experience handling hazardous material and military shipments.
