Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking an Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Distribution Service Center and Contract Transportation Services teams.

The role includes scheduling, processing bills of lading, routing, accounting support, and customer service for drivers, customers, and vendors. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a manufacturing/distribution setting, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with inventory and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution facilities preferred.
• Experience with accounting, payroll or inventory control is a plus.
• Experience in shipping and/or receiving is desirable.

This position is responsible for various activities related to scheduling, bills of lading, routing, control, accounting and billing, and customer service.

Additional Information

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)
• Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility
• Have at least one year of work experience in accounting, payroll, or inventory control
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience in shipping and/or receiving
