Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support material flow, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy in our aerospace facility. The role helps ensure on-time production schedules and reliable customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, packaging, routing, and documentation, plus operating material handling equipment and maintaining records using Excel/Word. 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Accurately count, weigh, and record incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, crating, and documentation.
• Determine appropriate shipping methods to meet delivery requirements.
• Process shipments using carrier systems and shipping software.
• Route materials and products to the appropriate departments and work centers.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Investigate and document shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and packaging materials to support production needs.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Support the handling and transportation of hazardous materials in accordance with established safety and regulatory requirements.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using systems such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

In this role, you'll receive incoming shipments, prepare outbound orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure products are shipped safely, accurately, and on time. What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
