Penske Logistics LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate for a 3rd shift. You will manage pallet tracking, drive-time audits, and assist with daily/weekly reports while ensuring on-time shipments and accuracy. This role demands teamwork, multitasking, and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Industrial experience with pallets, BOLs, and inventory is preferred. This position offers full-time hours, weekend coverage, and a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehousing or material-handling experience preferred.
• Prior use of warehouse management systems and scanners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Control the flow of work to meet receiving and shipping times with accuracy and KPI commitments.
• Provide customer service in a customer-facing role.
• Assist with daily/weekly operational reports and scheduling of loads.
• Work as a team to meet warehouse metrics and complete assigned projects.

Position Summary

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

3rd Shift Friday - Sunday 12:00PM - 12:30AM * Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours *

Pay

$21.25/hr. plus a $1.00/hr weekend premium

Major Responsibilities

Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times while maintaining accuracy and KPI commitments

Requirement for customer service acumen as the position is customer facing

Experience with drivers/BOLs/Document handling preferred

Experience with daily scheduling of loads preferred

Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment while being detail oriented

Must be able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements

Assist with daily/weekly operational reports

Ability to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

Up to 25% out on the warehouse floor, receiving, etc

Work as a member of a team, accomplish team goals and meet warehouse metrics

Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehousing or material-handling (using hand/power tools and hand truck) equipment experience preferred
• Prior inventory or receiving experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior use of warehouse management systems and scanners preferred
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn in-house systems required
• Must be able to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shifts
• Flexible to work overtime required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English required
• Ability to follow directions, and basic math skills required
• Requires the ability to pay close attention to details, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals
