Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a warehouse/documentation associate in Wickliffe, OH, to receive, verify, and process shipments. You will enter deliveries into the Solomon system, file POs, and prepare requisitions while maintaining dock and storage area cleanliness.

Role requires lifting up to 35 lbs, flexibility with hours, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Training is provided for material handling equipment; ITAR/export controls may apply to the position.

Qualifications

• Clerical ability is required.
• Ability to operate several vehicles including material handling (training provided; tow motor included) with a verifiable clean driving record.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Must be able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify counts on all incoming shipments; prepare paperwork for distribution of materials.
• Enter all incoming deliveries into the Solomon system.
• File purchase orders and maintain balance on purchase orders.
• Fill out requisitions for the department.
• Follow all plant safety rules; maintain housekeeping in dock and storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

• Surrounding includes various climate conditions from pleasant to extreme.
• Maintain good housekeeping with dock, storage areas, and equipment use.
• Perform all other duties as assigned/requested by management .
• Follow all plant safety rules.
