Job summary

Westfield Electroplating Company, Inc. (WEPCO) is seeking a 2nd Shipping and Receiving Associate to join the Shipping team in Westfield, MA.

The role focuses on supporting the Shipping & Receiving Department with general labor, clerical, and warehouse tasks in a growing aerospace-focused facility. Responsibilities include handling packages, data entry from POs, scanning operations, occasional deliveries, and assisting with 5S initiatives while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Driver License Class D and clean driving record.
• Forklift experience and strong computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing packages.
• Perform data entry from purchase orders (PO).
• Coordinate scanning operations.
• Occasional deliveries to WEPCO Paint Shop & Warehouse.
• Drive customer routes 1–2 times per week.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive UPS and FedEx packages.
• Support Packaging/Production Department.
• Support 5S initiatives within the department.

Westfield Electroplating Companyis seeking a 2nd Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Shipping team.

Position Goals:

The goals of this position are to assist the Shipping & Receiving Department in their general laborer, clerical and warehouse needs.
