Underground Printing (UGP’s) Mission Statement is to help bring customer communities to life through custom branded apparel & merchandise.

Underground has experienced rapid growth, ranking in the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies 9 times, including 2019. We produce all of our printed apparel in our production facility in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 250+ employees. We consistently rank in the top 10 largest screen printers by volume in the U.S. and are one of the fastest growing online clothing retailers.

We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our 44 store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Shipping and Receiving Associate at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse.

This is an entry-level position with room for advancement! Prior experience in a production environment is not necessary. We provide on the job, paid training! This position starts at $16.00/hour with the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Helping with the unloading of daily deliveries
• Checking in inventory as it arrives
• Sorting and assigning inventory to a bin system
• Organization of packing lists and bills of lading
• Retrieving orders from inventory to be sent into production
• Other related duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

• 1st shift runs 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• 2nd shift runs 3:00PM - 11:00 PM
• Optional overtime opportunities are also available!
