  • Prepare outbound shipments by identifying, pulling, packaging, labeling, and staging materials for carrier pickup.
  • Package materials according to shipping requirements and coordinate secure and timely shipments with carriers.
  • Expedite the flow of materials through receiving to support development and production schedules.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Assist with inventory organization and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
  • Identify discrepancies in shipments or documentation and resolve issues quickly to maintain operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 2+ years of forklift or material‑handling equipment experience with a valid certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and manage data in digital systems.
  • Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements.
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting packages up to 25–75 lbs throughout the shift.
Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience packaging and handling hazardous materials shipments.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies in shipment documentation and proactively resolve issues.
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
