Moses Auto Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing automotive parts, materials, and supplies with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. You will verify shipments, inspect items, and coordinate with technicians and vendors to keep repair work flowing smoothly.

The ideal candidate has prior shipping/receiving experience, basic automotive parts knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and materials.
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and core parts.
• Maintain organized parts storage areas and update inventory systems.
• Label, distribute, and track parts to appropriate repair jobs.
• Communicate with management regarding delivery discrepancies or damaged items
• Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts accuracy and availability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and supplies to support our operations. This role ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and proper documentation, working closely with technicians and vendors.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, automotive parts, warehouse, or similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and state inspection license
