Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping software.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Receive UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments; inspect for damage and verify quantities against POs and packing slips.
  • Pack, label, and stage outgoing orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
  • Prepare shipping labels and bills of lading; keep inventory and shipment records current in company systems.
  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and sales to keep shipments moving on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and storage area.
