ColdSnap, Corp. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Massachusetts (Billerica). The role handles receiving items for manufacturing and prepares outgoing shipments, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/warehouse roles, ERP experience, and familiarity with carriers. The position is full-time with on-site work in MA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, UPS/FedEx online software, and working with outside carriers.
• Strong knowledge of the bill of lading process and various forms used by freight carriers.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant Shipping or Warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• 2+ years working with ERP systems and/or Inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, prepare, and ship products and materials, including orders, marketing and sales literature, and all other relevant materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles.
• Receive incoming shipments ensuring they match the accompanying documentation and are in good condition.
• Utilize ERP software and other programs to create, update, and manage shipping labels, manifest, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update the system accordingly.
• Print and organize the inventory picks daily.
• Conduct regular daily cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory.
• Research fulfillment issues.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Position Summary
