Job summary

Everidge, Inc. is seeking a full-time Foam Rail Operator in Winnebago, MN. You will operate the Foam Rail machine, monitor materials, and adapt sizes using proper molds. You’ll assist with inventories and daily quality checks while keeping the equipment clean and well-maintained.

The role requires a high school diploma, a forklift license (training provided), and prior machine operation experience in manufacturing. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Foam Rail machine.
• Monitor foam rail materials during production.
• Create different size materials based on molds.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily quality checks.
• Clean machine and maintain tools and dies.
• Assist with assignments from Purchasing Supervisor and collaborate with Material Handlers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

• Operate Foam Rail machine
• Monitor foam rail materials during production

• Assist in assignments given by Purchasing Supervisor and working with Material Handlers
• All other duties as assigned

QualificationsPhysical Effort:

• Ability to drive forklift
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with breaktimes
• Ability to bend or stoop for up to 4 hours a day
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and equipment
• Ability to work alone or with a team member

Minimum Mental Effort, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to understand type and nature of essential job functions
• Ability to understand necessary safety procedures and precautions
• Ability to work overtime

Recommended Training/Education

• High school degree
