Job summary

Frank Calandra Jennmar Services in South Point, OH is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipping activities, prepare documents, and schedule outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of related experience (or equivalent). Proficiency with ERP and MS Office is expected, with ability to lift up to 20 lbs. A dependable, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Paint Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bill of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and freight providers.
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are packaged and labeled according to customer and company requirements.
• Maintain shipping records and update shipment information within ERP and other tracking systems.
• Communicate shipment status and delivery information to customers and internal departments.
• Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or transportation issues.
• Process customer returns and coordinate replacement shipments when necessary.
• Assist with inventory transactions related to shipping and receiving activities.
