Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver in Shrewsbury, MA to handle UPS and FedEx shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient processing.

You will package and label outgoing shipments, inspect incoming deliveries, operate pallet jacks/forklifts, and coordinate with carriers while adhering to safety standards. Pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, schedule 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri with OT during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to carrier requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if applicable)
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments to coordinate shipments
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed
