Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Windsor is seeking a Shipper/Receiver - Shack to assist the parts department with shipping and receiving duties. The role involves loading trucks and sea containers, inspecting shipments for damage, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean work area.

The position requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. You will operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as part of daily tasks and support a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be capable of working under minimum supervision.
• Physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products.
• Must have good communication skills and good attendance.
• Ability to perform work outside in adverse conditions (heat/cold/slippery).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams to load trucks and sea containers with finished goods.
• Inspect crates and bundles for damage during loading.
• Assist in counting of inventory as required.
• Keep area clean and in order at all times.
• Load machines on and off trailers, large and small material handling.
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment from excavators, wheel loaders to small forklifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
