Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of job experience in shipping/receiving and forklift operation.
• Proficiency in shipping procedures including hazardous material handling.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production and shipping operations.
• Deliver 94%+ accuracy in order fulfillment by proper picking, packing, and preparing outbound shipments.
• Ensure shipments are labeled correctly and meet DOT, OSHA, and hazmat regulations.
• Meet all shipping deadlines to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain zero preventable safety incidents by following hazardous material handling procedures and PPE.
