Job summary

Trillium Farms is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for moving eggs from the processing floor to the cooler and assisting in loading trucks. You will maintain documentation and organize warehouse operations, including labeling and cleanup.

The role requires experience with shipping/receiving, forklift/pallet jack use, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience shipping/receiving with electric pallet jack and forklift.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments.
• Proficient math, legible writing, and computer skills in Excel and Outlook.
• Lifts up to 75 pounds occasionally; up to 60 pounds frequently; 40 pounds overhead.
• Attendance is important; perfect attendance rewarded.

Job description

This position is responsible for the transfer of eggs off of the processing floor and into the cooler. In addition, the shipper assists in loading the eggs into trucks and maintaining all documentation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare material transfers.
• Verify orders
• Load and unload shipments
• Organize warehouse, including but not limited labeling, cleaning and verifying shipments and product.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience
• The qualified candidate should have experience in shipping and receiving using electric pallet jack and forklift
• Must have great customer service skills
• Works evenings\weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a cold and hot environment.
• Needs to have proficient mathematical skills, legible writing, computer skills in excel and outlook
• Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally and up to 60 frequently and 40 pounds over your head frequently
• Attendance is very important, must be on time when your shift starts. Rewards for perfect attendance.
