Veriswap, a marketplace for trading sports and Pokémon cards, is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Shipping Associate for our Mountain View, CA hub. You will support daily shipping operations and ensure secure, timely delivery of outgoing packages.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, inventory logging, and adherence to shipping protocols. Ideal candidates have experience with sports or Pokémon cards and can work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 in a fast-paced environment.

• Local to Mountain View, CA or willing to commute daily.
• Experience in handling sports and/or Pokémon cards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability on M-F 9-5.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to assist with the daily shipping operations of our hub located in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and/or Pokémon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Packing: Physically ship and pack outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.
• Intake and Inventory Management: Unpack packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.
