Kelly Services is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Worker for a long-term temp shipper role. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with a pay rate of $23/hour.

You will ensure correct packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished goods while complying with Export Control and company standards. Responsibilities include matching orders, resolving discrepancies, documenting shipments, and operating the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/packaging experience preferred.
• Strong attention to written detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete official forms following written instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday,

Position Overview

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring all finished goods are accurately packaged, labeled, and shipped in accordance with company standards and applicable shipping and customs requirements. This role supports daily shipping operations, documentation accuracy, and compliance with Export Control laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Match orders and shipping quantities to packing documents

• Assist in resolving any shipping or documentation discrepancies

• Document, count, inspect, and label outgoing products and materials following written instructions

• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit

• Follow proper security processes related to Export Control regulations

• Maintain shipping stations, ensuring they are stocked and in proper working order

• Enter domestic and international shipment data into the company’s ERP system

• Adhere to all safety procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned
