Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a reliable Shipper to join our Outbound team in Easton, PA. You will help ensure shipments are processed to meet client needs, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and pallet wrapping throughout the shift.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with warehouse systems. Weekend schedule and base pay are specified in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of prior warehouse experience, Shipping department a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Load and ship outbound product according to carrier assignments.
• Generate and apply custom retailer carton labels correctly.
• Operate and navigate the WMS to process shipments.
• Consolidate shipment requirements based on Customer requests.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs; maintain safe, clean work area.
• Perform other duties as requested.

This position will involve frequently lifting and moving boxes from 20 – 50 lbs. and wrapping pallets the entire shift. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Weekend Saturday to Tuesday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Starting Pay

Base wage: $ 22.00

The Must Haves

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Ensures outbound product are loaded and shipped according to assigned carrier
• Ensures custom retailer carton labels are generated and applied in the correct position
• Being able to use and navigate the WMS system to ship orders
• Consolidate shipment requirements based off Customers' request
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.
