Shipper responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, and staging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
Pull and verify orders using pick lists or sales orders
Count parts and accurately record quantities, weights, and dimensions
Package, palletize, label, and stage materials for shipment
Inspect materials and report damaged or incorrect products
Maintain accurate product identification and traceability
Follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read labels, shipping documents, and written instructions in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
Strong safety and quality awareness
Warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred
Willingness to complete required equipment training and certification
