Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shipp and Loading Associate for the 2nd shift starting at 6:00pm. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits beginning on day one and a monthly incentive bonus. Overtime may be required.

You'll move glass between tables, furnaces, racks, trucks, and crates, perform quality checks, read labels, and help maintain a safe, clean work area while supporting production flow on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability (typically Mon-Fri with occasional weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials including glass to expedite production.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Regular and predictable attendance and adherence to safety policies are essential.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
• Other duties as assigned.
