Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate to work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor in our Florida store. You will manage shipments, stockroom organization, and product replenishment while keeping visuals aligned with brand standards.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. A strong team player with a customer-focused approach will thrive in this role, supporting store leadership and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
