Job summary

Jobtailor in Mobile, AL seeks a contract administration professional to support a COR in a shipyard environment. This full-time, on-site role focuses on cost/price analysis, proposal development, and processing of invoices on Task Orders.

You will assist the COR and ACOR with price analysis and reports, develop IGCEs, RFPs, and TARs, and maintain COR records. A BS in a business/technical field and 4+ years of COR experience are required; secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four or more years supporting a COR in shipbuilding or similar industry.
• Knowledge of FAR and federal contracting processes.
• Ability to produce COR reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Strong analytical, cost/price analysis, and market research skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and documentation control.
• Ability to develop IGCEs, RFPs, TARs and ECP-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site acquisition and contract administration support.
• Assist with cost/price analysis, proposal development, invoice processing, and market research.
• Support COR and ACOR with cost/price analyses and CPARS entries.
• Prepare contractor discrepancy reports and draft equitable adjustments and cure letters.
• Develop IGCEs, RFPs, TARs, and ECP processes; maintain procurement records.
• Review CAC applications and assist with task order administration and closeout.
• Create milestones, reports, and trackers for COR‑type actions.
