Qualifications

• Five years of sheet metal experience required.
• Experience aboard ships or Navy vessels preferred.
• Security clearance and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain sheet metal equipment and fixtures per blueprints and specs.
• Plan and lay out fabrication work from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up and operate sheet metal machines and hand/power tools.
• Install fabricated sheet metal articles on project components per requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality workmanship.
• Work independently or with a team to complete tasks on schedule.
