JSL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to support shipboard information systems and TSCE on Littoral Combat Ship hulls in Port Hueneme, CA.

The role involves installing and troubleshooting COTS/GOTS software and hardware, performing configuration management, and providing on-board technical support to Navy personnel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco equipment, Windows and Red Hat Linux administration, and McAfee ePO, with the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, Cisco) in IT support.
• Administration experience with Windows, Red Hat Linux, and McAfee e-Policy Orchestrator.
• Effective written and verbal communication on technical support matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for shipboard IT hardware/software, system integration, and configuration management.
• Install, troubleshoot, and configure COTS and GOTS products on TSCE hardware/software aboard LCS hulls.
• Interface with Navy personnel and generate daily status reports.
