Job summary

A premier U.S. cruise line is looking for a charismatic Cruise Director to join their shipboard team for the 2026 season. Responsibilities include managing entertainment and activities while engaging with guests throughout their cruise experience. The ideal candidate has cruise or upscale hotel experience, polished presentation skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Experience preferred in the cruise industry, but upscale hotel/resort experience is acceptable.
• Strong presentation skills are required.
