Job summary

Amee Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Naval Marine Shipboard Electrician to support federal staff in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include shipboard electrical installation, troubleshooting, and testing of AC/DC systems, plus blueprint interpretation and field wiring; candidates should have military schooling and at least 1 year of related experience (5+ preferred).

Must obtain/maintain Secret clearance and pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain active Secret Security Clearance and base access.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Military A or C school training or equivalent maritime/journeyman program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hull/mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment operation or repair; 5+ years preferred.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel CONUS & OCONUS.
• Must pass drug screening; must furnish own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipboard electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair.
• Install/maintain shipboard power and lighting systems per schematics and drawings.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment; read blueprints and manuals.
• Install and test generators, switchboards, and distribution panels.
• Identify cables by type, conductors, and size; fabricate cable runs and wireways.
