Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse/Store Associate to perform order picking and shipping for member deliveries. You will use a handheld RF scanner to locate items, assemble boxes, and prepare orders for UPS/FedEx transport.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, ensuring timely order completion, and adhering to club standards and safety guidelines while supporting teamwork and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a handheld device to pick merchandise from the selling floor.
• Builds boxes, shrink wraps, and moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Wraps and secures merchandise on pallets prior to transport; prints shipping labels as needed.
• Oversees carrier pickup and maintains neat, organized SFC area.
• Performs general housekeeping and handles damaged goods per SOP.
