Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Illinois facility. You will plan, assign, and direct warehouse associates to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

The role requires 3 years of warehouse experience, ability to work in cold and hot storage environments, and a 40 lb lifting requirement. Flexible weekends and varied shifts are expected; you will coordinate inspections and shipments and coach team members.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20 F/-25 C) and hot storage (up to 100 F/37 C).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report quantity differences and quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
