Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that duties are performed to standard. The role requires overseeing training, scheduling, and maintaining quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train and develop staff, and ensure schedules meet daily needs.
• Evaluate worker performance and address performance issues or rewards accordingly.
• Prepare production and sales reports for management demonstrating quality, productivity and safety.
