Qualifications

• Experience supervising shifts and coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Create work schedules and provide training.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or correct behavior.
• Prepare production or service reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the point of contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
