KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager at a KFC location to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding operational excellence and contributing to KFC's renowned legacy.

You will coach and train team members, oversee opening/closing duties, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help drive guest satisfaction as part of a clear career path toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
