An established industry player is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee to join their team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to develop management skills while supporting store operations and enhancing customer loyalty. Trainees will engage in essential training, preparing them for future supervisory roles. The position requires effective communication, analytical thinking, and a commitment to customer service. With flexible hours and a supportive environment, this role is perfect for those looking to grow within a dynamic retail setting.
At CVS Health, we're building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care.

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee to perform higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles. These leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees the completion of opening and closing procedures.
