BENTELER Group is hiring for a shift supervisor role in Shreveport, LA. You will lead the production shift, ensure safety and quality, report end-of-shift activities, and collaborate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a shift supervisor role in a pipe mill facility (Finishing preferred).
• General Finishing experience is mandatory; threading operations experience preferred.
• Understanding of data acquisition systems such as IBA is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and experience.
• Demonstrated capability of results through people, technology and process.
• Basic SAP & general computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production shift team.
• Provide end-of-shift report detailing activities of the shift.
• Support and execute programs to ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Enforce quality control measures to meet specifications.
• Monitor production performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain housekeeping and training materials for peak performance.
• Align team goals with company directives and liaise with management.
• Provide troubleshooting with maintenance teams and analyze production data.
