Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, delivering welcoming experiences and maintaining quality beverages and food. You will supervise a small team, ensure timely service, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of retail environment and store safety policies.
