Starbucks Coffee Company in California is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space for customers and the community. You will model excellent service, supervise colleagues, and ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes while upholding safety policies.

The role requires flexible hours, regular attendance, and the ability to coach others, delegate tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
