Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Greenbrier, AR is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will supervise staff, maintain quality beverages and food, and ensure store safety and standards.

Responsibilities include directing the work of others, coaching beverage preparation to standard recipes, and coordinating tasks across the team. Flexible hours and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfilling requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.

• Ability to learn quickly and effective oral communication in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
