Starbucks Coffee Company in West Memphis, AR, is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse with craft and heart. You will create a welcoming space for the community and mentor partners to deliver friendly, high-quality beverages and food.

This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility, and the ability to coach others, uphold store policies, manage cash handling, and ensure safety. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating multiple employees.
