Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming cafe, ensuring quality beverages and foods and a safe, efficient operation.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies while delivering warm service to customers and building community.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six (6) months of experience in customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes and customer specifications.
