Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team, craft beverages, and ensure a welcoming coffeehouse experience for customers. You will coach staff, handle for daily operations, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
