Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in California seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and foods, and foster a warm, community-focused store environment that welcomes every guest.

You will coach teammates, delegate responsibilities, handle cash and safety procedures, and maintain exceptional customer service across all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, while pursuing growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to a team of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
