Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to ensure our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, coach teammates, and uphold quality, safety, and service standards.

Success in this role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
