• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
