Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community and ensuring high-quality beverages and service on every shift.

Ideal candidates will have customer-service experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage cash handling and safety procedures. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety and security procedures.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality beverages and food products.
