Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Roscoe Township location. You will ensure quality beverages and food, mentor partners, and maintain a welcoming customer experience during your shift.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support store goals and standards.

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
