Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse with craft and heart, delivering quality beverages and food while creating a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach and delegate tasks, maintain-store policies, ensure safety, and model exceptional customer service as part of a collaborative team that supports partners’ growth and development. This role requires flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
