Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Plano, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a fast-paced store. You will ensure beverage and food quality, supervise a team, manage cash handling, and maintain safe operations while delivering warm, welcoming experiences to customers.

The role requires attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to train teammates and build relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
