Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold the warm, welcoming culture our customers expect. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure cash handling and safety protocols are followed.

This role requires dependable attendance, flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to coach teammates to perform with craft and heart.

Qualifications
